FAQ'S
Some common questions we get asked detailed below! Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other queries. We are always available via our social pages or through the contact us page.
-
Do you do subscription boxes?Yes we do! We have 3 different subscription packages. Please see the subscription boxes page for more information.
-
Do your treats have a use by date?In short, yes. We give our treats up to 6 months but the likelihood of your dog letting them get to this point is hugely unlikely!
-
Are your treats grain-free?Yes! There are no grains added to our treats in production. This includes the meaty sausages, sticks and slices. It is likely that the chickens were grain fed so if you are really concerned or your dog has a high sensitivity to gluten, I would avoid any chicken products.
-
How should I store my treats?Keep the treats cool and dry. Ideally, in an air tight jar or container.
-
Do you deliver?Yes! we deliver locally for free. By local, we mean Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Porthcawl, Bridgend and Pencoed. We are completely flexible when it comes to our free deliveries so please get in touch to check to see if you fall within our qualifying areas!
-
I've just ordered, when will I receive my treats? If you ordered postage, we aim to get your treats in the post no later than 2 days after placing the order. If you selected free local delivery, one of us will be in touch to arrange a delivery so suit you, normally within a day or so of placing your order.
-
Where can I find your stall? We do regular monthly markets in Swansea, Bridgend and Cardiff and various other markets in South Wales. You can keep an eye on our whereabouts by visiting our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/GwensPantry) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/gwens_pantry/) Pages.
-
Are your treats suitable for my puppy?Yes! We have lots of treats suitable for puppies varying from 8, 12 and 16 weeks up. Our puppy pack is a carefully selected mixture of training treats and some longer lasting chews to keep your pup mentally and physically busy. Always feed supervised as part of a balanced diet and ensure fresh water is available at all times. If you are unsure if a treat is suitable for your puppy, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
